Your Role
As a Senior Support Engineer, you’ll be part of our AI and Business Solutions division leveraging your experience supporting Dynamics F&SCM to ensure delivery of high-quality support and solutions to our D365 F&SCM customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
· End to end support for all issues raised by the customers
· Problem solving / defining solutions that are best fit;
· Identify, diagnose, and resolve D365 F&SCM issues in collaboration with colleagues, peers and Microsoft support.
· Offer guidance to colleagues on best practices and functions within the D365 F&SCM platform.
· Collaborate with peers and customers to understand process requirements and recommend enhancements or modifications to the system.
· Participate in reviews of essential system updates and releases ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
· Ensure a professional and successful service delivery approach towards the customer.
· Support service readiness ahead of go live.
· Identify new opportunities to grow and enhance the customers D365 F&SCM solution
· Work with colleagues across the organization including technical lead, consultants and Service Delivery Managers
Desired Skills and Experience:
We’re seeking a passionate team player with the following qualifications:
· Proven experience providing support for Dynamics F&SCM implementations;
· Solid D365 F&SCM Support experience across various modules with specialist knowledge in at least one of Finance, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
· Experience delivering continual enhancement of Dynamics F&SCM implementations and working to the Microsoft update/release cadence.
· An excellent troubleshooter and problem solver
· Experience of working at a Microsoft partner
