We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Counselors to guide students and professionals in choosing suitable IT courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, and a passion for helping candidates build successful careers in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and job seekers regarding IT training programs and career opportunities
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and admissions support
- Explain course details, career scope, and placement opportunities
- Maintain candidate data and follow up regularly
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Build and maintain good relationships with candidates
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of IT courses and technologies
- Counseling and convincing skills
- Ability to understand candidate requirements
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / BE / BTech / BCA / MCA / MBA
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Candidates from educational counseling or training industry preferred
Compensation & Benefits
